Adding your Photo:
The instructions below, only apply if you have a photo stored on your computer.
*	First, save your photo in JPEG format (recommended and acceptable by most browsers)
*	We also recommend cropping your photos to landscape, at the following pixel sizes: 320 x 240.
*	You should use "Save as" command to do this, not just renaming the file extension.
*	Click "My profile" and then "Upload your photo" and select the photo from your files.
*	Now click "Submit".
*	If you would like to change your photo, or add photos to the member's private area, you can do this under "Upload photo".
NOTES:
Avoid the following, to make your face clear and visible:
1	Unwanted backgrounds, sunglasses, photos with 2 or more people and hats.
2	Save all photos in "jpeg" format and NOT "gif" or any other formats.
3	Lewd gestures are not acceptable and nude pictures should be kept within the private folder only.
